“We met the nicest host ever. He is very friendly, kind and helpful. He is always there when you need it. Unfortunately we had to make our trip to a bit shorter and he was very understanding and helpful. His english is perfect too. The accommodation is very very well equipped, including the kitchen too. The cleanliness of the house is impeccable. We get a welcome and a goodbye gift too. Superb staying.”

“A beautiful loft run by caring hosts! Spectacular views to the mountains, the urban landscape and (somehow distant) to the sea. The flat is stylish and well kept. A nice short walk takes one to the city centre and a pleasant walk takes one to the beach. Adorable.”

“If you want to see Kalamata on a special way, this is the place. The terrace is a beautifull place to be. We also enjoyed that if you cross the street, after you can swimm in sea. “Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft. Riesige Terrasse mit Meerblick, Außen Dusche, Outdoor-Küche, bequeme Liegen. Sehr gute Lage. Man hat alles vor der Haustüre was man braucht: Bäcker, Super Market, Restaurants, Geschäfte. In´s historische Stadtzentrum von Kalamta sind es ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuss. Dort gibt es schöne Tavernen, eine Flaniermeile, eine sehenswerte Burg. Trotz ziemlich später Ankunft hat es wunderbar mit der Schlüsselübergabe geklappt. Am Abreisetag konnten wir bis kurz vor unserem Abflug am Abend noch im Appartement bleiben. Sehr netter, aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Ein Merci an Nico!”

“Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ καλή! Το σπιτι μοντέρνο, ανακαινίσμενο, εξοπλισμένο φουλ με αντικείμενα περα απο τις προσδοκίες μας, καφες ολων των ειδών, ντόπιο μέλι, φρούτα και χυμός στο ψυγείο. Υπηρχαν επίσης και μικρο αντικείμενα που εκαναν τη διαφορά. Μπράβο στους οικοδεσπότες για την προσοχή που εδωσαν ώστε να μένει η διαμονή αξέχαστη. Μπανιο όμορφο και ευρύχωρο με μεγαλη μπανιέρα, ζεστό νερό υπήρχε πάντα επίσης. Πανοραμική θεα απο τη βεράντα – ταράτσα σε όλη τη πόλη, στο βουνό.. Το συνιστώ!“

“It was a great way to end our European holiday. By far our favorite airbnb rental. We stayed in a total of 7 different rentals and this was the best. If we ever make it back to Kalamata again we would grab this place again in a heartbeat.”

“Am schönsten war für uns der Ausblick von der tollen Terrasse und die Lage an der Strandpromenade! Beeindruckend war, wie durchdacht und liebevoll das nicht allzu große Apartment eingerichtet wurde. z.b. Usb Steckdose, Handyladegeräte standen zur Verfügung, verschiedene Möglichkeiten, Kaffee zuzubereiten, Obst im Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine Tolles kleines Badezimmer mit spezieller Beleuchtung usw Die Geräusche vom lebendigen Nachtleben Kalamata´s hört man mit geschlossenen Fenstern und Türen nicht. Klimaanlage mit lautlosem Modus.

Everything is well thought out, beautifully detailed (nothing is outdated or worn out) and provides all that is (at least in our case) needed for a relaxing time. Confortable beds, shower, space and climate. It’s surprisingly cool inside the appartment without even using the A-C and outside temperatures reaching 35 degrees. Such pity to leave.” (August 2018)
