The opening of the 7th Kalamatian Carnival will be on Saturday, February 16th, 2019, at the Central Square – Vasileos Georgiou. The event will be presented by Fotini Psichidou and will conclude with a concert of the band REC.
On Saturday, February 23, 2019, at the Central Square – Vasileos Georgiou, the performer Dimitris Karadimos will take the public on a popular music trail.

On Saturday 2 March 2019, the main Carnival party will be held at the Elite Hotel.

The Carnival will culminate on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th March 2019. On Saturday, a night parade will take place, which will start from the “Uzzakia” and end up at the Historic Center. It will be presented by Fotini Psihidou and Asti Mavrea.
The 7th Kalamatian Carnival will finish on Sunday March 10, 2019, with its great parade, which will start from the Philharmonic building and end up at the Central Square – Vasileos Georgiou.

Christos Ferentinos will be presenting this year, and the evening will end with a concert of Onirama.
It is noted that the Carnival events of the Municipality of Kalamata include activities in the city, its neighbourhoods, in the Local Communities and in the community of Nedousa.
