Pasteli is said to have been created in Kalamata (well that is the story I know). It is a sweet made entirely out of sesame seed and honey (well sometimes also sugar).

But in this shop you’ll find pasteli sweetened only with pure honey. They make it fresh and depending on the moment you walk into the shop, it might even be warm.
