This apartment is located at the seafront of Kalamata! Here, you will experience the perfect blend of breathtaking views, essential amenities, and versatile atmosphere, a different mood every day.
You only need to cross the street and you are at the beach. The promenade in front of your door hosts all kinds of shops and restaurants. In the summer months you’ll experience here a vivid city pulse while when the season is over, you’ll enjoy a poetica tranquil mood like in a Felini movie.
The space
The apartment features two bedrooms, each equipped with a brand new queen-size bed. The open living room boasts a comfortable seating area that seamlessly connects to the indoor dining table and a well-equipped kitchen.
Both Bedroom 1 and the living-dining room offer unobstructed views of the magnificent Messinian bay, a sight you surely won’t want to miss once you’ve experienced it.
There is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine for your convenience. The corridor and entry space provide a sense of openness and connectivity throughout the apartment.
Outside, there is a balcony that wraps around all three sides of the apartment, with a dining table placed on the south side, offering you the perfect spot to enjoy the stunning views.
Guest access
The entrance of the building is on its east side (vertical street to the sea promenade). You reach the apartment with the elevator up to the 3ed floor.
Under certain circumstances the apartment could be wheelchair accessible.
- The apartment is located on the 3ed floor of a 5 story building at the sea promenade of Kalamata. The building itself is and looks a bit old, but the apartment is renovated and in perfect condition.
- The nearest beach is across the street (with newly planted trees).
- There is a washing machine at your disposal and usually all the stuff you need to do your laundry. This is meant to ease your stay in case you have one or two laundries to make.
- In the summer a nice wind blows all through the apartment, so the air-conditioning is usually not needed. You are also kindly asked not to leave the air-conditioning running when the windows are open or when you are on the way.
- There is a first aid kit in the apartment, with the main stuff usually expected. For anything more serious we are here to assist further.
- Please respect the quiet hours 15:00 -17:30 and 22:00 – 07:30 and avoid shifting furniture.
- In the summer finding a parking lot can be an issue. There is a greater parking lot two blocks to the north though, where one can park even on high season.
- In the summer months, a certain level of city and beach noise is to be expected. High pitched voices from kids playing on the beach can be heard not loud but clear all the way up to the 3ed floor.
- Please keep in mind that the apartment is a no – smoker one. There is enough balcony space where you can smoke though and ashtrays are provided there.
- For hygienic reasons, the bath towels should not leave the apartment.
For outdoors we provide beach towels, so you can also save some weight when you’re packing your things for the journey 🙂
